The Path Group works alongside our clients to build their capability and ability over time to harness design, partnerships and data learning insights to deliver their work. Our ultimate aim is to design programs of work that bring clients into a coherent network, within a place, in order for them to have a coordinated, effective and collective impact with their people and communities.

Citizens

We work to listen and/or work with citizens to gain their insight into the work we do. In particular, citizen insights are crucial for the design phase of any project along with a range of other stakeholders. Ultimately our work is aimed at improving the lives of citizens and enabling other stakeholders (i.e. foundations, corporates, service providers etc.) to regard citizens as both recipients and co-designers in the development of programs or service.

Foundations

We support foundations to design their funds/social investments in a human-centric and goal focused manner. This enables funders to catalyze their grantees and investees to deliver their goals and scale over time.  Grantees and investees then build effective partnerships and take sustainable approaches to gathering data, learn and feed lessons learned back into their thinking and future activity.

Service Providers

Helping organizations who provide services to be even more effective at what they do is at the heart of our work. This could involve helping organizations to design, build partnerships and measure their impact, or it could involve working to build their capability in our methodology. The aim is to support service providers to become stronger and more effective organizations by using these tools to strengthen their work.

Government

We support all levels of government to improve services and delivery to citizens. We help governments design services, build the right partnerships within the community and take practical and capacity building approaches to data and learning. 

Corporations

We support corporations to design and shape their social impact activities and become effective partners in their community and society -- in turn enabling corporations to determine their role as Corporate citizens.
